Wishywashy

Art by Stiv and Mike Corker

Wishy Washy was a shop in the Decap Attack series. Owned by Professor Frank N. Stein, the store specialised in a number of lucky charms, many of which being four-leaf clovers grown behind Castle Frank N. Stein. The "Washy" side of the name relates to a laundry service, although the washing machines never arrived.

History[]

Stein had been experimenting on botany for some time and was eventually able to cultivate an entire field of clover. With this, the professor set up Wishy Washy in the Transylvanian village (despite most people thinking that "Vishy Vashy" was the ambassador to Russia) in order to sell these and other lucky charms. For weeks, business boomed and Frank eventually became rich. In this time, Head had been bought by an old lady and Chuck D. Head had gone missing.

Soon enough, the Inland Revenue arrived at the store to take all of Stein's money as tax. Health and Safety workers followed him, stripping the entire store. Finally, Trading Standards arrived to confiscate the entire clover product, with Igor noting that the plants had brought nothing but bad luck. Without the main product or anywhere to put things, it is unlikely that Stein kept Wishy Washy open.

Trivia[]

  • Wishy Washy is the second store in Transylvania to be named, the first being the Castle View Tea Shop.
