The Blurrgh are a race of gelatinous blobs in military uniforms. Appearing in STC Issue 113 story Spaced Out, the Blurrgh have been fighting a centuries-long war against their hated foe, the Insectra Empire. The purpose behind the outbreak of the war has long since been forgotten by both sides, yet they continue to fight out of a sense of tradition.
The Blurrgh flagship - commanded by Jello Wobbla - attacked the Insectra ship commanded by Dark Visor and pursued them down to the surface of the planet Kaamdaarn. After landing and encountering the planet's natives, the Blurrgh attempted to attack the aliens only to discover that their weapons no longer worked. It was at this point that many of the Blurrgh troops decided that they had had enough of war and laid down their arms, deciding to give peace a chance and remaining on Kaamdaarn.

- The name 'Blurrgh' seems to be a parody of Star Trek race, the Borg.
