Sonic the Comic presents Space Channel 5, also known as the Space Channel 5 Special or Space Channel 5 Christmas Special, is a special issue of Sonic the Comic Online released on December 21st 2013. It features a brand new strip, the first in the Space Channel 5 universe, and a selection of wallpapers.
Story[]
Space Channel vs Star Factor 9 is a complete Space Channel 5 story written and lettered by Chris G with art by Leeann Hamilton and additional colours supplied by Claire Ryan. Ulala, hero of the Space Channel 5 games, finds her report show hacked into by rival channel 42's new talent show, Star Factor 9, hosted by Ulala's rival Pudding. It's up to Ulala to infiltrate the show and figure out what's going on!

Control Zone[]
In a break with tradition, the Control Zone is written not by Megadroid but by Fuse, Head of Broadcasting at the fictional Space Channel 5 itself.
