Sky Fortress is a flying fortress created by Doctor Robotnik during the early days of RBR. Similar to the Wing Fortress, the location was the scene of a (offscreen) battle between Sonic the Hedgehog and Robotnik, one which the hedgehog seemed to lose and went plummeting back down to Mobius. Tracking his enemy, Robotnik launched an enormous Badnik attack on the Hidden Zone, Sonic's eventual landing site, from here. However, after Issue 12, the Sky Fortress was never seen again.

- The name of the floating base may be an amalgamation of the Wing Fortress Zone and the Sky Base Zone from Sonic the Hedgehog (8-bit).
