Punster is one of the villains fought by Chuck D. Head when he was Decap-Man. The villain had no obvious powers, but littered his sentences with cringe-worthy puns. For instance, when being thumped by Chuck, Punster admitted he needed to knuckle down since Chuck was such a big hit.
