Pomfret-on-Sea is the name of a fictional seaside resort on Planet Earth. The beach is a dirty, littered eyesore whilst the promenade is home to a Computer Repairs shop, a cinema and the Techno Toes disco bar.
After quitting Sonic the Comic and getting fired from a cruise liner, Megadroid washed up in Pomfret's bay. After quickly looking around, Megadroid found a job as a computer repair droid and even fell in love with a female droid. A combination of not being offered a plastic chip, forgetting to oil his joints and being homesick caused Megadroid to leave Pomfret and return to London.
