Peter the Perfect Pixie is a pixie that lives in Castle Frank N. Stein. He was originally trapped inside a bottle (as a "Pixie In A Bottle") until he was released by Head.
History[]
During a routine day in Castle Frank N. Stein, Head was sent flying down a staircase when Chuck D. Head tried to throw him at Igor. The skull bumped into a bottle and released the cork, allowing Peter to escape. Head explained to Peter about Igor's nastiness, so Peter decided to help him. With just a wink, Peter managed to turn Igor into the nicest person ever. Peter stuck around to witness the aftermath of Igor's transformation, watching with glee as the castle's residents struggled to come to terms with what was happening.
Head attempted to explain to the others that Peter had granted him a wish, but only Head could see him, causing the skull to backpedal. As matters grew quickly worse, Head ordered Peter to change Igor back. With things back to normal, Peter asked if Head has any more wishes, prompting an angry response from the skull.
