O'Brien was a senior police officer in New Tek City. He served under Lieutenant Furor and was supposedly looking for a promotion.
History[]
When Porker Lewis accidentally arrived in the Special Zone through a Portal Ring, it didn't take long for the police to recognise Porker as wanted criminal "Oscar the Pig". O'Brien's team of officers (minus O'Brien himself) and Furor tracked Porker down to The Purple Mushroom bar and arrested him. However, at the station, Porker revealed the true nature of his history with Hammerhead, causing Furor to sympathise with the pig. Furor called O'Brien into the room and angrily asked why he had arrested someone that looked nothing like Oscar. O'Brien began to argue that Porker did look like Oscar, but Furor's mention of a promotion slipping away caused him to backpedal. O'Brien offered to continue searching for Oscar, but Furor insisted Oscar would never be seen in the Special Zone again.
Along with the rest of the universe, O'Brien likely perished when Shadow the Hedgehog used the Chaos Emeralds to destroy the Special Zone.
