"Nanny" is the childhood nanny of Professor Frank N. Stein and former carer for Head.
The strict old lady looked after Frank in his youth, feeding him her own broth. Unfortunately, this same soup would end up poisoning half of the Mid-Glamorgan Light Operatic Society and saw her serve twenty years in prison. On her release, Frank invited her to Castle Frank N. Stein to help Head recover from drinking problem, a condition gained after his film career collapsed. The nanny happily carried out the job, force-feeding Head and reading him a collection of Mr Cuddle Bunny books.
Some time into this treatment, Igor and Chuck D. Head burst into Head's room to rescue him. Nanny continued to be resiliant, threatening the two attackers with every Cuddle Bunny book she had. Upon them managing to save Head, Nanny confided in Frank before marching out of the castle. Frank attempted to make her stay, but she refused to stay where she wasn't wanted. Igor convinced Chuck to throw Head at the nanny in revenge but, possibly sensing rain, Nanny opened her umbrella and Head bounced harmlessly off before the skull rebounded into the two attackers.
She later reappeared in the Sonic the Comic Online Decap Attack story, Rooms, behind one of the many doors Chuck and Head checked out. She addressed Chuck as 'bellboy' and demanded a dozen English crumpets before Chuck moved on.
