The mysterious Mystery Man (man of mysterious mystery) was the last villain Chuck D. Head fought in his dream of being Decap-Man. While it was never officially confirmed, it was heavily hinted that his true identity was in fact Igor. His arsenal consisted of his Amnesia spray and army of brainwashed Mystery Slaves (who coincidentally, with M's on their foreheads, resembled the wizard Babidi's minions in Dragon Ball Z). Mystery Man was incredibly proud that no one could guess his greatest secret: his identity. All who tried and failed were immediately turned into a Mystery Slave. When the inexplicably captured Decap-Man was unable to guess, he was squirted with the amnesia spray, while at the same time in the real world, Chuck was hit with a bucket of water, pulling him out of his dream.
