Mootant Village is an area in New Tek City. Although the entire city is one big superhero parody, this particular district is home to mutant heroes like The Zed Monkeys. Unfortunately, it is also an area stricken with crime, mainly because the Zed Monkeys were made to observe "Hero Hour" every day. Sonic the Hedgehog put things right by capturing the criminal Yob and ousted Madmeano as the supervillain behind everything. However, the Zed Monkeys moved on to observing "Agony Hour", so the situation may not have improved.
