Jed is a resident of "The City" in the Streets of Rage series. He and his wife live in a rough neighbourhood, where fights frequently break out in the alleyway next to their house. Jed was ordered by his wife to ring the police when Blaze Fielding was attacked at 3am one morning. Although his wife went out to talk to the police when they arrived, Jed remained inside and was not seen.
