Not to be confused with Jack Kerow-Hack
Jack is one of the police officers tasked with ending the lives of Axel Stone, Blaze Fielding, Max Hatchet and Skates. After responding to a scuffle in the street between the vigilantes and a street gang, Jack drives Axel and Blaze to the docks where prepares to shoot Max. He is then knocked out when a rookie officer sets Blaze free.

- Jack is also the name of an enemy in Streets of Rage 2, who has no resemblance to this character.
