Sonic the Hedgehog[]
Desert Storm is a complete story written by Lew Stringer, drawn by Richard Elson and lettered by Elitta Fell. Sonic has found himself separated from a group of children in the Desert of Eternity thanks to a sandstorm and soon passes out. He's found by the Scimitar Brothers and placed in a Kullconan Town slave cell. Sonic breaks free and handles the slave masters but fares less well against sorcerer [[Kurse]. With help from the brothers, Sonic eventually defeats Kurse and demands the release of the slaves and the Scimitars' separation.
Amy[]
Gangster Trap is a 2-part story by Stringer, Roberto Corona, John M Burns and Fell. Amy and Tekno the Canary have arrived on a new planet and are instantly attacked by gangsters. The public aren't too keen on the girls' arrival either and consulting a police officer only gets them arrested. Flying out of the police station, the heroes save a detective from attack but receive no help. When more gangsters appear from the walls, everything is explained by the arrival of the biggest gangster of them all - Max Gamble.
Chaotix[]
Crimson Cobra Strikes is a 3-part story by Nigel Kitching, Nigel Dobbyn and Tom Frame. Charmy Bee is on the run from the army and things get worse from him when he goes insane from the Crimson Cobra's Brain Scrambler. Later, the tables are turned when Charmy buys Crimson Cobra Inc., hires Cribbins and frees Chaotix, leaving the cobra empty-handed.
Features[]
This issue's Graphic Zone has the theme of "Chaotix Crew!", with all pictures dedicated to the heroes. Successfully published pictures won their artists a Sonic the Hedgehog watch. In a rare spot of interactivity, the Next Issue page takes a panel from next issue's "Gangster Trap" and asks Boomers to colour it in, leaving them to compare their work to Burns'.
