Sonic the Hedgehog[]
The Mystic Mountain is a complete story written by Nigel Kitching, drawn by Richard Elson and lettered by Ellie de Ville. Sonic and Doctor Kintobor have crossed the Desert of Eternity to take the children of Shanazar to the Mystic Mountain. On the way, Sonic is forced to battle a giant scorpion before the terrified Imperial Guards leave them at the mountain's gate. Inside, Sonic is sent to the world of the Lost Souls for asking too many questions and Kintobor turns back into Doctor Kintobor.
Sonic & Tekno[]
The Trickster is a 2-part story by Jim Alexander, Mick McMahon and Elitta Fell. Sonic and Tekno the Canary have entered the secret Zone of The Trickster, where the villain entices them with a series of rhymes. After being forced to battle some giant toys, Sonic realises that Tekno is actually the Trickster in disguise and the two heroes have to leave the dimension before it is sealed off forever.
Tails[]
Northern Frights is a complete story written by Lew Stringer, drawn by Roberto Corona, coloured by John M Burns and lettered by de Ville. Tails is tracking criminal Claws in the Polarzone but his biplane is shot down by the polar bear. After an avalanche, Claws surprises Tails and knocks him out, the fox waking up on a sinking ice floe. With the help of Willie Waddle, Tails recovers, defeats Claws and lets the police know where his stash of money is.
