Strips[]
Sonic the Hedgehog[]
Best of Enemies is a 3-part Sonic story involving the Drakon Empire. Written by Nigel Kitching, drawn by Richard Elson and lettered by Elitta Fell, the story follows Sonic and Tails as they defend the Emerald Hill Zone from The Master Sentinel. Emperor Ko-Dorr watches on and Grimer is about to make a shocking announcement.
Super Sonic[]
Hunter & the Hunted is a 3-part Super Sonic story scripted by Kitching, drawn by Nigel Dobbyn and lettered by Ellie de Ville. Thanks to a mind link, Pyjamas manages to unlock the memories of Super just before the villainous Bio-Hazard bursts into the room. Before Lord Sidewinder's plan comes to fruition, Bio-Hazard is summoned back by Lieutenant Furor.
Sonic's World[]
Tall Tails is a complete story in the Sonic's World series, not the Tails one. Written by Lew Stringer, drawn by Mick McMahon and lettered by de Ville, the story sees Tails go shopping for a Christmas tree. Unwilling to buy trees that are cut down, Tails finds himself growing up a great deal when splashed by a scientist's enlargement solution.
Amy & Tekno[]
Multi-Mania is a complete story by Stringer, Roberto Corona, Richard Guildford and Fell. Doctor Robotnik decides to launch a Badnik attack on Tekno the Canary. However, she's prepared, confusing the Badniks with a multi-image creator. What's more, Robotnik steals the device only to discover the device makes images of just Tekno!
Double Sonic[]
Face to Face is this issue's bonus strip and was created by Stringer, McMahon and Gordon Robson. After foiling yet another Badnik attack, Sonic is invited to make a truce with Robotnik. It all turns out to be a simple plan to get Sonic killed, but Sonic is one step ahead as always...
Features[]
This issue's Control Zone has Megadroid introduce the new stories this fortnight. There's also a contents list and the Next Issue breakdown. Speedlines sees letters asking for Knuckles, Shortfuse the Cybernik and Andy Pritchett. Owners of published letters and pictures receive an enamel badge.
The Graphic Zone has the theme of Snow Business with Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Robotnik enjoying the cold weather. Published pictures won the artists a Sonic the Hedgehog digital watch.
