George Curdle is the owner of Slurp-A-Cheese, a runny drink from Transylvania. Despite him seemingly living in Transylvania, Curdle speaks in a Northern English accent.
History[]
Curdle opened his Slurp-A-Cheese Factory at some point, drafting in a number of Slurp-A-Kins to help him create his new treat. Over time, the treat expanded to a number of novelty flavours that many found either addicitive or disgusting.
To give his fans the chance to tour his factory, Curdle began a campaign involving a "Golden Ticket"; should anyone find such a thing in a tub of Slurp-A-Cheese, they would be invited to see how Slurp-A-Cheese was made. Chuck D. Head was the lucky winner and was greeted at the gates by Curdle. Believing that cheese was a foolproof money-making venture, the owner enthusiastically showed Chuck his new products, including Hair-styling Cheese Mousse. However, his temperament quickly boiled when he discovered a slab of hard cheese left by the rebelling Slurp-A-Kins. Faced with rising pressure in the cheese vats, Curdle appeared to have solved the problem but was left red-faced when cheese exploded from the machines and flooded the factory. In an effort to cool tempers, Curdle agreed to start production on Slab-A-Cheese, the hardest ever cheese. Chuck and Head left soon after, both agreeing that George Curdle was "a nutter".
Trivia[]
- In Funny Old Game, Igor revealed that the owner of Slurp-A-Cheese was the referee of a football game between Transylvania United and Black Forest Gateaux. However, this person had little similarities with George Curdle and may be a different employee in the business.
- A representation of Curdle returned as the Ghost of Christmas Present in Christmas Carol II. Although not the same person, they talked and dressed largely the same.
