A datachip scrambler is a device built by Tekno the Canary that is able to disrupt electical systems. It consists of a portable processor and a small weapon that must be pointed at its target. Tekno used it to shut down a large, robotic duck being used by the Doctor Robotnik Appreciation Tribe.
