Enviro-Fete judges are the people responsible for awarding the successful inventor of Enviro-Fete '98 with the winning rosette. Two people were present to do the scoring, one stork and a reptile or amphibian. Although both carried a clipboard, it was the stork, perhaps a head judge, who awarded Tekno the Canary with first prize for her solar-powered Hover Scooter. Previous to this, he had described himself to be feeling "quite ill" after seeing Roger Bodge's self-warming bath and informed Tyson Dense that he missed the point with his wood-cutter. The stork's fellow official managed to stuck in on occasion, testing Bodge's bathwater but regretting it when he couldn't get the slime off his finger.
