The Emerald Coast Zone is a secluded Zone on Mobius. Little has been seen of the region, other than its towering cliffs, golden beach and clean ocean. The Zone was the final resting place of the Death Egg after it fell from the sky for the last time. The battleship had somehow become lodged in the cliff when the Freedom Fighters arrived to destroy it completely.
Emerald Coast is the name of the first level in Sonic Adventure and is likely the inspiration for the Sonic the Comic version.
