Duke Biriud is the Zone Leader of the Hill Top Zone and is highly regarded by all citizens. Biriud visited the High Academy in 2008 to give a presentation of a new mural. In the middle of a speech about history, art and standing strong against the troubles of the world, Rouge the Bat set off a series of smoke bombs. Biriud was then dragged to safety by Earl Colchek.
