The Dolphin Resort Zone is a Zone on Mobius. Little is known about the area, although it has been noted to be a coastal resort that includes shopping centres, cafés and aquariums. Esther Bunny was in the Zone when it was conquered by Doctor Robotnik's Badnik forces. Bunny was evacuated by the 101st Airboard Division and returned to Metal City.
By Issue 260, the Zone was still occupied by Robotnik's forces, but there was a sign that the tide was changing. Pirate radio station EK-0 was set up to defy Robotnik and is possibly a front for a group of Freedom Fighters. Robotnik continuously attempted to shut them down but programming would resume shortly afterwards, accompanied by a derisory message aimed at their oppressor. It was speculated that the Aquatic Capital Zone was sending them supplies of guns and microputers.
