The Dolphin Resort Freedom Fighters were Freedom Fighters who operated out of the Dolphin Resort Zone and ran a pirate radio station named EK-0. Apparently, the Aquatic Capital Zone was sending them weaponry and Microputer devices to them, but they denied this.
