Delta Scholar is a Drakon member of the House of Knowledge, working under Master Scholar. The wise Drakon is one correspondent of Rouge the Bat, acting as a spy on Mobius for the Drakon Empire. One of these discussions led to Rouge pulling out of The Syndicate while still keeping an eye on Doctor Zachary. For some reason, Delta Scholar has no body and just swims inside a fish bowl, albeit an interactive one.
