Chocolate Surprise Pudding is a dessert created by Galloping Graeme. It is basically a chocolate soufflé, with the intended "surprise" being unknown.
As part of his television show, "Pizza the Action", Graeme intended to show his audience how to create one. To help him, the horse presented one he "had made earlier". Unfortunately, the cake began to rise uncontrollably; before long, the chocolate in the pudding was starting to flood the studio and cover the watching crowd. Tails, who was also in attendance, attempted to pull the people out of the mixture, advising others to eat their way out.
Graeme initially laughed the encounter off, until Tails revealed that somebody must have sabotaged the pudding mix. After a large food fight, Tails discovered that Gerry Corfu, a rival TV chef, may have been behind it. Tails visited Corfu's show and, sure enough, the arrogant presenter accidentally confessed to the crime.
