Carl Flint is an artist who worked for most of Sonic the Comic's run. Flint was primarily an artist for the covers at first, before moving on to a lot of Tails stories and a few Amy Rose adventures. He only ever provided work for one Sonic the Hedgehog and also wrote the first Megadroid story, switching roles with writer Nigel Kitching.
Flint returned in Issue 261 with an interview for STC's 20th anniversary, providing information on how he started in the comic, dealing with fan criticism and future work on projects like the Channel 4 idents. He also contributed to the New to Sonic the Comic? feature, drawing an ensemble of villains.
