Brad is a character from the Kid Chameleon series. Casey notes that he "has the kind of moves Tom Cruise would die for. He's slick, he's smooth, he's the coolest kid in school". As such, Casey hates him. The hatred increases when Brad hijacks Casey's attempt to talk to new next-door neighbour Suzi, taking her into Wildside to be the first people to play.
However, once Casey gets inside and becomes the powerful Red Stealth, he learns that Brad got scared by the game and ran away, leaving Suzi to escape the Plantation Zone on her own. As the pair venture through the game, Casey remarks that he is a big bully (known at school as "Big Bully Brad") but he feels that he has to find him. Towards the end of the adventure, Casey states that all he needs to do is defeat the robot gorilla and he can find Brad, but a message at the end from The Voice states that Casey and Suzi were the only ones to leave. Coupled with the police and his mother not knowing where Brad is, Casey knows he must go back and save Brad.
A fortnight later, Suzi asks Casey if he's seen Brad. Since nobody has, he guesses he must still be in Wildside. PE teacher Mister Simmons states that the school athletics and football teams have been doing pathetically since Brad went missing and a plea from Suzi convinces Casey to go back to Wildside. In the first level, The Voice tells Casey that "what he seeks most" is in Islecatraz, presumably Brad. Later, Juggernaut Casey falls into the ocean and loses his powers, but wakes up adrift in the ocean to find Brad waiting for him on an island! Unfortunately, he's not too friendly and orders Casey to be chained up with the other captured children. On the prison transport, Casey turns into Maniaxe and sets his fellows free, but the dark and twisted thoughts now racing through him take over and he attempts to throw his axe at Brad, narrowly missing thanks to a telepad. Now facing an angry Cyclone, Brad hides in his quarters and attempts to get help from The Voice, but Casey destroys the computer. While Casey is busy with saving the prisoners, Brad flees to the ocean by boat. Casey catches up and reveals himself to be just a regular schoolkid, but the pair are both in danger when a shark attacks. Brad suggests they stay quiet and wait for it to leave, but he soon protects Casey when it does come back. He then swims off, but reaches land just in time to rescue Casey.
Athletic and muscly, Brad easily makes it to the top of the mountain before Casey but, guilty over what he has done, pushes Casey onto the damaged telepad (that only has power for one more use). However, The Voice has other plans and warps Brad back into the game, leaving Casey there to take on the final challenge.
