Bark the Polar Bear is a civilian from Mobius. Unlike fellow polar bear Claws, Bark is not white and does not, presumably, live in a cold region.
History[]
Whilst driving down the road between Metropolis Zone and Seaside City Zone, lorry driver Bark was amazed to spot Big the Cat riding on his scooter, reading a map. Frustrated by his fellow driver's lack of safety, Bark honked his horn and yelled at Big, asking him where he'd learned to drive. As Big never had been told how to ride a scooter, the oaf crashed and caused a massive explosion that destroyed Bark's, and several other people's, vehicle. He was then sent flying through the air, giving him plenty of time to berate Big for being "good for nothing" and "idiotic".
